1. Who we are

Roavios is a private-deal stay marketplace for wildlife and leisure stays in India. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us.

We are preparing to launch. Until then this site is a coming-soon page. If you email, call, or message us, we still treat that as personal data under this policy.

2. What we collect

When the product is live we collect what we need to run a stay search and a booking: mobile number (for OTP sign-in), name, email, travel dates, party size, destination, offers you accept, and payment confirmation from our processor.

Before launch we only collect what you send us — for example an email to arpit@roavios.com, a phone call, or a WhatsApp message, plus standard device and log data from visiting this website.

3. How we use it

We use contact details to reply to you, to notify you when Roavios is live if you asked us to, and to run support.

After launch we use stay and booking data to match you with hotels, to show authorized Roavios prices, to complete checkout, and to send vouchers. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share guest details with a hotel only when you book that stay, so they can honour the reservation.

We may use processors for email, SMS/OTP, hosting, and payments. They may only use your data to provide that service to us.

We disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect guests, hotels, or Roavios from fraud or harm.

5. Cookies and logs

This site may set cookies needed to load the page and to keep a session after launch. We do not run advertising pixels on the coming-soon page.

Servers keep short-lived logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

6. Retention

Launch enquiries are kept only as long as we need them to reply and to open the product. Booking records are kept as long as tax, dispute, and hotel-settlement rules require.

You can ask us to delete enquiry data that is not required for a completed booking or for law.

7. Your choices

Write to arpit@roavios.com to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to withdraw a launch notification request. We will need enough detail to find your record and may verify the phone or email you used.

8. Children

Roavios is for adults booking stays. We do not knowingly collect data from children. A booking may list children as guests; that information is used only for the stay.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use of Roavios after a change means you accept the updated policy.
