1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Roavios website and, when we launch, the stay marketplace. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Roavios is currently in coming-soon. You may browse this page, read our policies, and contact us. Search, bidding, and checkout are not open yet.

2. What Roavios is

Roavios is a private authorized-offer marketplace for wildlife and leisure stays. Hotels may make you a Roavios price. Public rates on other sites stay untouched. Safari permits, if shown, are intent only — we do not sell park entry.

3. Using the site

You must be 18 or older to create an account or complete a booking. Use a real mobile number you control. Do not scrape, attack, or misuse the service, and do not try to reverse-engineer hotel floors or other confidential pricing.

4. When we launch — stays and bids

A Roavios price is an authorized offer from the hotel for your dates, not a public markdown. Inventory is limited. A price or stay can expire or sell out before you pay.

You may accept the hotel’s Roavios price or send one guest offer where the product allows it. Sending an offer is not a booking until the hotel accepts and you complete checkout.

5. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and a voucher. Until then, a hold can fail if rooms are gone (including an insufficient-inventory response).

Cancellation, refund, and no-show rules will be shown at checkout and on the voucher. Those rules, plus any hotel house rules, apply to that stay.

6. Hotels, not Roavios, host the stay

The hotel is responsible for the property, rooms, check-in, and on-ground experience. Roavios provides the marketplace, the authorized price, and the booking record. We are not the hotel and we do not guarantee wildlife sightings.

7. Liability

The coming-soon site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, Roavios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by hotels, parks, weather, or payment networks.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms as the product opens. The date at the top is the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer forum applies to you.
